I figured is was about time to write another blog. It’s been quite a while since I wrote. We’ve been staying busy with Birthdays, get togethers, and of course with our new little baby, Brindy. I think I may have officially become like one of those crazy cat ladies, except with a little black lab :) Seriously though Tyler and I just love this little puppy to death! She’s so sweet and adorable. She is also very well behaved for a little seven week old! I know when Tyler and I have a child I am going to be one of those annoying moms who can’t stop talking about her child, and showing off pictures. I’m already like that with the puppy, so I hate to see how I am with a human child.
Alright, on with the rest of our lives. The women’s bible study I spoke about in the last blog will be starting on Thursday. I am very excited about this! We are going to be studying 1st Corinthians, and we are using Precepts by Kay Arthur. Brit’s done the Precept Study before, and says it is awesome. And from looking through the work book, I kind of agree. I really can’t wait to see how God is going to work through all four of us through this study!
This week should be an exciting one if I can just get through today and tomorrow. Thursday is the bible study, and then Friday night we are going to Mom’s and Matt’s to cook out and let Brindy visit ‘Grandma’. Tyler’s mom just LOVES Brindy, which I’m sure has something to do with the fact that she raised her the first six weeks of her little puppy life. We took Brindy on her first swim this past Sunday. We went to Mom’s for Ashley’s Birthday celebration. It was awesome seeing the whole family! Everyone was there except Matt, who is out Hawk Nest hunting in the forests of NW PA. I’m not exactly sure everything he does on these trips, but I’m beginning to understand. I started reading his blog today, www.mattholtz.com/blog and I’m sorta beginning to get it. Anyway, I took pictures of Brindy swimming. She was so cute just kicking those little legs and big paws! I’ll post some of the pictures on her later. I haven’t uploaded them to my computer yet, so as soon as I do that I will post them. I also got a bunch of pictures with her and her biological father, Brutus. They were so cute playing together! While we were at Mom’s she showed us the new 2010 Camaro she ordered. It’s grey with black racing stripes. It’s gorgeous! She doesn’t get it until December, due to the waiting period on it, but hey it makes a good Christmas present I say.
Tyler and I are going to sit down and plan and book our official honeymoon this weekend! I’m excited to actually sit down and book everything. We’ve had in mind for a while what we are planning on doing, but well it obviously hasn’t been set in stone yet. We are going to go to Disney. Tyler hasn’t been since he was very young, except for with school groups. He is very excited about it. We are going to stay at the Animal Kingdom resort, and I am super excited about this!!!! I can’t wait. Giraffes outside my window, how awesome is that?!? I have a feeling once we book it, September will not be able to come soon enough.
We’ve also been trying to plan a trip to Ohio soon. We were going to go the week of July 4th, but Dima is coming into town that week, and I will not miss seeing her for the world! I have a four day weekend that week. I don’t know. Maybe we’ll still go and just make it a shorter trip. We’ll see. Either way, I am excited for this summer, and all the things to come!!!
God continues to work on my heart constantly. He’s shown me so many things lately, and has just really changed me. I have gone off all of my anti depressants, and am actually doing better than I was on them. He is always faithful to me, and never lets us go without. We are so lucky to be able to serve and worship such an awesome God. His love, mercy, and grace are beyond what words can describe!!!! I am so thankful for this amazing life that he has blessed me with. I am also so thankful for each and every person he has put in my life! What can I say? We are blessed far more than we deserve!

We went to Disney for our honeymoon too! So much fun! We also went last year. I had just found out I was pregnant. I missed riding the roller coaster rides. Are you going to all the parks? I can't wait to go when Sophie is older!
Yeah we are playing on going to all the parks! And Sea World. I've never been to sea world. Actually now that I think about it the only Disney Park I've been to is Magic Kingdom, and I also went to Universal.
