It’s been a while, several weeks in fact, since I lasted posted. The “bump” is running at work this morning, which translates into “I can’t do anything.” And I mean literally we can’t do any work. I guess I could clean my desk, but I don’t feel like doing that at this moment. If it runs for a long time, then I’ll do that as well. But I figured I hadn’t wrote a blog update in a while, so now would be a really good time.

Life has been so good lately! I feel like God has truly changed me in so many ways. My attitude towards life and others have changed. I’m so positive. I don’t know. I’ve just changed a lot recently. God has been working on my heart, and He has made a very noticeable difference. And I’m happy to say that I am not the only one to notice the change, but those close to me have commented on it too :)

I can’t believe it’s already July. Time is just flying by. Tyler and I have stayed pretty busy lately. And well we were really sick for about two weeks (between both of us) there. I got sick from the girl that sits in the cube across from me. Or at least that’s what I assume, because she was the only sick person I was around. Then I gave it to Tyler…..oops. But we seem to be almost healed. Tyler still coughs at night some, and my asthma is still acting up from it some, but compared to how sick we were this is nothing.

We leave for our honeymoon in a little over two months! I couldn’t be more excited about this! We are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge at Disney. Tyler made sure to book us the Savannah view! I love animals and he knows it. We get to see animals walking around outside our windows! I’ve only ever been to the Magic Kingdom at Disney. I’m excited to see all the other parks as well! We will also be going to Universal (both parks). Plus while we’re down there we get to visit Dima (and if she delivers early, her new baby)! I also am working on losing between ten and fifteen pounds before the honeymoon! I want to look at least decent in shorts and tank tops : )

Brindy is growing like a weed! She’ll be twelve weeks old on Friday. She also has her first vet appointment with us on Friday at three! As of three days ago, when I weighed her, she is a whopping 22 pounds! I think she’s going to be big like Brutus. So much for picking the smaller of the two black labs. I gave her a bath on Sunday and was combing her afterwards, and she’s starting to lose her puppy fur. As lame as it sounds, I cried! lol. She’s our baby and she’s growing up so fast! *Sigh* I hate to see how I am when we have kids.

Today is my last day of work for the week. Then I’m off Thursday through Monday! It’ll be a wonderful five days off! I have bible study with Liz, Brit, and Josie tomorrow night!!!!! I really look forward to getting together with them and us all growing closer to God together. They are really an encouragement and a true blessing to me! I am very thankful to have them in my life. I hope to rest some this weekend, and get caught up on some house stuff. I want to do some things with the book/ movie shelf. I also want to go add some wood work to the fireplace, do some yard work, finally unpack the boxes of books in Tyler’s man cave, and maybe if I have the energy and time work on painting and putting up pictures in his man cave. It’d be a nice surprise. He is always surprising by doing sweet things for me, so it wouldn’t hurt if I did some for him! I also plan to finally go visit the fam this weekend! Between being sick and busy it’s been almost three weeks since we’ve been over there. I miss everyone a lot. The “bump” is still running, so it looks like I will go clean my desk now! How exciting?!? Haha, well first I’ll get a nice hot cup of green tea. My blog writing seems to be few and far between these days, so who knows when I’ll write again…….
